The Locals Guides of Val d’Oise Aventures offer you a magnificent descent from the Parc de l’Isle Adam, Balzac’s earthly paradise, to Auvers sur Oise – an artists’ village – where Van Gogh painted his last 70 pictures.

Along the water, fortress and castle, dam, Isle Adam river beach, Balzac’s earthly paradise, historic bridges, the Îles de l’Oise, Daubigny’s studio boat Le Botin, the Auvers church painted by Vincent Van Gogh and finally the old Auvers sur Oise ferry, where Vincent created his only masterpiece, LA GRENOUILLERE, showing young women canoeing.
